Hi, I’m Mary — a lifelong creator, entrepreneur, and educator with a background in business, mathematics and art. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics from Portland State University and launched my first business in 2016. I spent six years running a nonprofit dedicated to empowering girls in mathematics — creating workshops and mentorship programs that helped young women see themselves as capable, curious problem-solvers. Overwhelmingly I saw one challenge facing teens-learning how to set goals and manage tasks.

In 2022, I opened a local art shop and gallery in Portland, showcasing emerging artists and makers. Many were bursting with creativity and ready to launch businesses, but they struggled with pricing, marketing, and managing the less-glamorous side of entrepreneurship. I noticed how often women, in particular, put others first and burned out in the process.

That’s why I created a coaching space where women and girls can set their own goals, take creative risks, and gain practical skills in a supportive, inspiring environment.
