Our online workshops are designed to help girls build confidence, think independently, and develop real-world skills they can carry into their future. Through hands-on, engaging experiences, students explore ideas like entrepreneurship, decision-making, financial literacy, and creative problem-solving in a way that feels relevant, empowering, and fun.
We focus on learning by doing—giving girls the opportunity to explore their interests, make choices, and see how their ideas take shape in the real world. Along the way, they build confidence in their thinking, learn to navigate challenges, and begin to understand how their skills and ideas can translate into meaningful opportunities.
More than anything, our programs create a supportive space where girls feel encouraged to speak up, take risks, and trust themselves—whether they’re developing a business idea, making financial decisions, or exploring what’s possible for their future.
Teen Entrepreneurship is a hands-on, creative program where students learn how to turn ideas into real-world opportunities. Through guided activities, teens explore how to develop a concept, understand their audience, make thoughtful decisions around pricing and marketing, and bring their ideas to life. Along the way, they build confidence, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset—learning how to take initiative, think creatively, and see challenges as opportunities.

Game of LIFE
The Game of LIFE is an interactive, real-world workshop where teens explore what it actually takes to live independently and make smart financial decisions. Through hands-on activities, students research income, expenses, and everyday costs like housing, food, and transportation while building and managing their own budget. As they make choices about spending, saving, and lifestyle, they begin to understand how those decisions impact their future—building confidence, financial awareness, and practical life skills along the way.
Innovators Lab
Innovators Lab is a creative, hands-on program where girls explore real-world problem solving through design, brainstorming, and experimentation. Each session introduces an open-ended challenge that encourages students to think creatively, generate ideas, and develop their own solutions in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Along the way, they build confidence, flexible thinking, and the ability to take initiative—learning that their ideas matter and that there’s more than one way to approach a problem.
